Happy International’s Women’s Day! 💜

08/03/2026

It was a great day celebrating International Women’s Day 2026 at our Port Botany depot! We had more than 70 passionate guests who all shared their support for the event. This year’s theme is “Give To Gain”. At Transdev John Holland Buses NSW, we create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow and succeed.

We’d like to give our special thanks to Dr Marjorie O’Neill MP, Member for Coogee and Parliamentary Secretary for Transport, for being our key note speaker and for joining us in this meaningful celebration.

From the talented women driving buses across Sydney with confidence and skill, to those shaping strategy and leading change behind the scenes, every story was a reminder of how much stronger we are when different voices are heard. 🚍✨

One of the most special moments was seeing our female drivers and support team members gathered together to celebrate women empowerment. These women aren’t just keeping our services moving – they’re role models, trailblazers, and proof that the future of our industry is bright and inclusive.

Our Giving Tree bloomed with heartfelt messages and wisdom around women empowerment across our business during our IWD event! 🌳🪻

And we can’t forget the incredible men who stand beside our women. Through mentorship, advocacy, and a genuine commitment to inclusion, they help create workplaces where everyone can succeed. Meaningful change doesn’t happen alone – it happens when we lift each other up 👏
