Ideal Employee Profile:

• Current NSW HR license, Bus Driver Authority, First Aid Certificate and AFM training.
• Computer/IT savvy and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to details.
• Ability to courteously negotiate and communicate with various stakeholder.
• Enjoys working as part of a team.
•  Able to respectfully supervise staff and manage personnel.
•  Commitment to quality customer service.
• Calm and time conscious perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Great knowledge of maintenance administration for booking defective buses.
• Excellent knowledge of fleet fuelling procedures.
• Good knowledge of cleaning standards.
• Good working knowledge of procedures, equipment, schedules and services provided by the depot.
• Knowledge of emergency shutdown procedures in case of fuel spills, chemical spills and gas leaks, including the operation of the Penstock valve.
• Knowledge of storm water and sewer drain locations.
• Ability to implement and operate to TJHB’s safety and site control procedures.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply TJHB’s environmental practices.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply the principles of equity, EEO & ethical practice, and knowledge of WHS policies and procedures.
